What to write about
- Something is not working. Tell us which tool, what you pressed, what happened, and your phone or computer and browser (for example "Android, Chrome" or "Windows laptop, Edge"). A screenshot helps a lot.
- Captions or voice in the wrong language or spelling. Tell us the language and, if you can, a few words that came out wrong. Do not send private recordings unless you are happy for us to listen to them.
- Feature ideas. Many of our tools started as a creator's request. Tell us what you are trying to make.
- Advertising. You can book video ad spaces online on the advertise page. For anything else, email us.
- Privacy and your account. To see, correct or delete the information in your account, email us from the address you signed in with. Our privacy policy explains your rights.
- Copyright or content concerns. If you believe something on BolCaps uses your work without permission, email us with the page address and the details, and we will look into it quickly.
Before you write
Many questions are answered in the help text on each tool page and in our guides, for example which caption file to use or how YouTube's reused content rule works.
BolCaps is an independent website. We are not part of YouTube, Google, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp or Adobe, and cannot help with problems inside those apps or accounts.
