Terms of Service
By using BolCaps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
BolCaps lets you make captions, turn scripts into videos and create voiceovers. Most features are free. Some features, such as AI video, need a Pro or 1 Year plan. Features and limits can change as we improve the service.
Plans and limits
- Free: script to video with AI pictures, stock and animated clips, up to 15 minutes a month and up to 1 minute per video.
- Pro ($15.99 a month): longer videos, 15 minutes a month of AI picture, stock and animated videos, and up to 45 AI video clips (3 minutes) a month.
- 1 Year ($99.99): everything in Pro for 12 months, paid once, with no automatic renewal.
Limits reset each calendar month. Unused minutes do not carry over.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Pro renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account page. After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refund requests are handled case by case; email us within 14 days of a charge.
Your content
You own the videos, scripts and audio you make. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or publish, including music, footage and voices. AI pictures and clips are generated by third party models and may be imperfect; check them before you publish.
Acceptable use
Do not use BolCaps to make illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or deceptive content such as impersonating real people without consent. Do not try to bypass limits, overload the service or attack it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
YouTube
When you upload to YouTube through BolCaps you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy for how that access is used.
No warranty
BolCaps is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions go to [email protected].
