Questions about Pro
What counts as a minute?
The length of the finished video made with Script to video (AI pictures, stock clips or explainer). Captions, voices, the enhancer and the other tools are not counted.
When do my minutes come back?
Every day at midnight UTC, which is 5 AM in Pakistan. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next day.
What does "best models" mean?
For Pro videos, Google's strongest Gemini model reads your script and plans what each scene should show, so the pictures follow what you say more closely. Pictures come from the top image model first and are made sharper (1280 px). A stronger 70B model reads your video direction. If a model is busy, the next best one takes over, so your video is never stuck.
How is Pro faster?
Pro videos make 10 scenes at the same time (free videos: 6), Pro requests skip the busy-time limit, and while Pro members are creating, the best picture model is kept free for them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account page or the link in your receipt email. Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for. If something went wrong with a payment, email hello@bolcaps.com within 14 days. See the Terms.
Are there ads on Pro?
Yes, short ads still keep the free tools running for everyone.
