Pick the language first, then a voice. Use a voice that matches the language of your text exactly: an Urdu script needs an Urdu voice, a Hindi script a Hindi voice.

Paste or type your script. Short sentences sound best; there is no word limit.

Tips for a voice that does not sound robotic

Punctuation is breathing. Add a comma where you want a short pause and a full stop for a longer one. In Urdu use ، and ۔, in Hindi use ।.

Write numbers as words. "ڈیڑھ لاکھ" or "डेढ़ लाख" is read correctly; "1,50,000" may not be.

Spell tricky names the way they sound. Your on-screen captions can still use the correct spelling.

Slow it down a little. A speed of 0.9× to 0.95× often sounds more natural for explainers.
