Free AI voiceover for YouTube videos
Not everyone wants to record their own voice, and not every room is quiet enough to try. BolCaps turns your script into a natural voiceover for YouTube: pick from about 20 American voices, British voices and voices in about 20 languages, listen, and download the audio for your editor. Or go one step further and let the Script to video editor build the whole video around it.
Make my voiceover freeHow to do it
- Write or paste your script. Short sentences sound most natural.
- Open the AI voice generator and pick English, then a voice: US or UK, male or female.
- Press Make the voice and listen. Change the speed or swap a word that sounds odd.
- Download the audio and drop it into your editor, or open Script to video to get visuals and captions too.
Write for the ear, not the eye
- Keep sentences under 20 words.
- Write numbers the way you say them: "twenty twenty-six", not "2026", if the voice reads them oddly.
- Use commas where you would breathe and a new paragraph for a new idea.
- Read the first line out loud yourself: it is the hook, so it has to grab people.
Will YouTube monetize AI voiceovers?
YouTube does not ban AI voices. What matters is that the video is original and adds value: your own script, research, editing and visuals. Channels that mass-produce near-identical videos are the ones that get flagged for reused or repetitive content. Check your video with the free monetization checker before you upload.
Faceless channels
Many faceless channels in history, finance, top-10 lists, Reddit stories and explainers run on AI voiceovers. Our guide to starting a faceless YouTube channel covers niches, scripts and what to avoid.
Fully free
There is no word limit and no subscription. The English voices run in your browser after a one-time download, so long scripts do not cost credits. Download needs a free account.
